The role of Communications and Administration Coordinator within the Community and Facilities and Venues Branch, is soon to move to the inner Brisbane suburb of Lutwyche.

This opportunity exists within Brisbane City Council cemeteries which operates 12 cemeteries and 3 crematoria facilities across the city which deliver important services to our local community. Our dedicated team of customer service professionals, maintain the cemetery grounds, graves and memorials across our Brisbane city cemeteries and provide a vital and sensitive service at each of these facilities.

In this role you will be responsible for the communication across the cemetery customer services network as well as manage the administration and coordination of the team. Your experience in relationship management, external customer focused delivery and leadership will be critical to your success.


Key skills you will bring;

Research, analysis and project implementation experience to develop customer focussed business strategies and innovative

Strong liaison, interpersonal and communication skills in an external customer sensitive environment

Proven experience in the development and implementation of commercial communication, marketing and promotional strategies

Well developed problem solving and escalation management skills to develop and support customer focused solutions

Excellent customer focused leadership and relationship management experience to manage administration efficiencies, priorities and sensitivities in an external environment
