Cindi Crooks took on the role of coordinating the burials of the 51 deceased people, most of Islamic faith. This session will focus on the impact on cemeteries and how they responded and coped with the extraordinary challenges and expectations of the families of the victims. Cindi will share with delegates the challenges she and her team faced in arranging and coordinating burials for each of the victims, the interaction with families, funeral directors, the media, and the general public during this incredibly confronting time. This will be a presentation not to be missed.
