Workshops & Webinars

ACCA is committed to providing ongoing training and education opportunities to all ACCA members and the broader cemeteries & crematoria sector. These training and education workshops can be in-person and onsite at your cemetery or crematorium, or online if that works better for you and your team. In addition to the interactive training workshops, ACCA Education also provides Lived Experience webinars. These Lived Experiences are real life accounts of grief & bereavement from people who have been generous (and brave) enough to share their stories with us. These stories bring about informed and supported conversations which help to educate our staff and enable greater empathy and understanding when dealing with our bereaved client families.

If you would like further details on any of the courses listed, or for information on how to enroll into one or more of these courses, please contact the ACCA Office on (03) 9863 6914 or by emailing [email protected]
